Watch Philipsburg’s waterfront before you visit. The camera on this page looks across Great Bay Beach and the Boardwalk, while two additional camera sources cover the cruise-port area and another Boardwalk viewpoint. These feeds are operated by third parties, so availability and camera direction can change.

At a glance
- Boardwalk and Great Bay: Use the ShowMe Caribbean stream embedded below for a general view of the beach and promenade.
- Cruise port and ships: Use PTZtv’s Port St. Maarten camera for vessels and harbor activity.
- Another Boardwalk view: Sea Palace provides a live beach camera through its own website.
- What cameras can show: Visible weather, waterfront activity and vessels that are in frame at that moment.
- What they cannot confirm: Water quality, safe swimming, an official cruise schedule, future weather or how busy the area will be later.
Great Bay Beach and Boardwalk live webcam
The main stream is supplied by ShowMe Caribbean through YouTube. It is the most useful view on this page when you want to see Great Bay Beach, the Philipsburg Boardwalk and visible activity along the waterfront.
If the player does not load, open the Great Bay Beach and Boardwalk live stream on YouTube.
St. Maarten cruise-port webcam
PTZtv’s Port St. Maarten Webcam focuses on cruise ships, megayachts, sailboats and other harbor traffic. PTZtv describes it as a 24-hour HD stream produced in association with Holland House Beach Hotel.
This is a third-party camera. PTZtv states that the feed is not affiliated with or officially endorsed by Port St. Maarten. Use the port’s official information when you need a ship schedule or operational notice.
Sea Palace Boardwalk webcam
The Sea Palace live beach camera provides another view from the Philipsburg waterfront. Use it when you want a second perspective on the Boardwalk and Great Bay. This link is included for its camera view and is not an accommodation recommendation.
Which St. Maarten webcam should you use?
| Camera | Best for | Where it opens |
|---|---|---|
| Great Bay and Boardwalk | The beach, promenade and visible waterfront activity | Embedded on this page, with a YouTube fallback |
| Port St. Maarten | Cruise ships and harbor traffic | PTZtv’s website |
| Sea Palace | An additional Boardwalk and beach perspective | Sea Palace’s website |
What a live webcam can tell you
A camera can help you see whether the waterfront looks sunny, overcast or rainy at the time you watch. You may also see beach activity, pedestrian movement or ships when those areas are in frame. The image is a snapshot from one position, and a camera operator may change its direction.
A webcam cannot verify Great Bay’s current water quality, currents or swimming safety. It also cannot replace an official cruise schedule or predict the weather and crowd level for later in the day. For beach access, swimming limitations and time planning, use the Great Bay Beach visitor guide.
If a webcam is unavailable
First open the camera’s direct provider link. An embedded player can fail while the source page still works. If the provider also shows the camera as unavailable, try again later; this site does not operate the feeds or control when they return.
